The Baghouse is a generic name for Air Pollution Control Equipment (APC) that is designed around the use of engineered fabric filter tubes, envelopes or cartridges in the dust capturing, separation or filtering process.

In a pulse-jet baghouse dust collector, contaminants enter from the lower portion of the filter housing, where a metal cage is incorporated to support the filter bag and prevent collapse. By supplying a compressed air line to the baghouse, it is possible to achieve a nearly self-running operation; as the dust collector uses the compressed air to pulse the filter bags, dust is blown down into your designated collection bin.
